Before making a request, first look to see if the information you are interested in is already publicly available. If the information is not publicly available, your request must be submitted in writing to the attention of the FOIA Officer listed below. You must include your name, address, the date, and daytime phone number so that we may contact you if we have any questions. Please describe the information you need in sufficient detail so that we may find the information you have requested.
